We started with gentle stretches to warm up and worked our way to body sculpting exercises that got the heart pumping and the sweat dripping (at least for me!). All equipment and props were made available by the studio so you only need to show up in comfortable workout clothing, bring some water, and maybe even have a small towel to wipe yourself down. The timing is perfect for those who have flexible schedules or work from home and want to get a great work out in during your lunch hour. Gabrielle had a fun, upbeat playlist to keep the energy level high. She continuously provided clear instructions and mercifully gave a countdown for the more challenging exercises. She constructed the class to ensure a total body workout - arms, abs/core, legs, back, glutes. This class will increase your stamina, sculpt your body, and leave you feeling so satisfied with what you were able to accomplish!"

Hi! I’m Gabby.

I created Magnolia Yoga to bring yoga, pilates, and playful movement together to help busy humans rebuild inner and outer strength.

Here you’ll find non-traditional sequences, modern music, and classes designed for real life.
